    How do i change my body clock? I always wake up at like 7/8 in the morning and never can get lie ins when i need them...I WANT MORE SLEEP

    Your body clock is pretty good for a normal schedule so I don't see why you would want to change it. It's actually good that it doesn't change on the weekends because that will mess it up and your energy levels will start to not feel as satisfied since you won't have a sleeping pattern. Stop complaining and try to get your kip at regular times. The end.
