I can't seem to stop fidgeting and shaking. I can't really control it but it usually helps calm me down when I'm anxious/angry/sad, but every time I'm out it seems to really bother people, people I know (teachers, classmates) and strangers get mad at me about it pretty much every day. It's so frustrating I kind of just want to stay at home forever and never go out. Btw I talked to my psychologist about it and she thinks I shouldn't try to stop fidgeting since it actually calms me down and helps me focus, but it sucks that I seem to be driving everybody crazy.
