    other than a HR degree
    Have a look at http://www.cipd.co.uk/binaries/endle...ities_2015.pdf

There are a range of routes into HR, either through alternative training (apprenticeships/work experience etc) or through taking another degree. I know a lot of psychology graduates who went into HR but pretty much any degree can be relevant.

i would recommend a business degree if you are into that. it helps to have a business background and you can always shift your career if you decide after your degree that hrm is not for you.
