De Montfort Nursing accommodation help

I've applied to DMU for adult nursing and been accepted for September 2016 entry. However I really don't like Waterway Gardens as it doesn't seem like part of the uni as there's families etc also living there! I understand why they separate nurses and midwives but none of my other unis have done and I don't think there will be too much of a problem and it will give me a chance to meet more people who aren't on my course! Is it possible to choose other accommodation (I'm thinking Liberty Park or Bede Hall) and is anyone planning on doing this or know anyone that has?! Thanks so much x
I made DMU my firm choice for midwifery and I'm in the same dilemma! I was leaning more towards living in halls rather than Waterway Gardens for the same reason of being able to meet more people, but I think it's only Bede Hall that offers a contract long enough for my course. Also I didn't realise there were families living at Waterway!
