How to train to gain muscle and increase stamina at the same time? watch

    Hi, I'm a relatively skinny guy trying to gain some muscle while increasing my stamina as I play some sports that require constant sprinting. I thought of lifting weights at the gym and then run on the treadmill for 30 minutes every time i train but was wondering if there is a better alternative. Also, would running help train my legs and build muscle?
