They did it every year before?
I think so? Did they do the same topics before at your school?

My advice for 'reading around' is to watch YouTube videos. They add some extra stuff in there and bring up various parts to a topic you may have not encountered.
    Thanks for that advice.
I also think that watching walk through videos of past papers really useful too

I've got History, Politics, and Lit exams (no exams for BTEC Law!). I'm aiming for straight A's, and I'm feeling pretty confident about History and Politics. Lit is my Achilles' heel.

LOL you know this means some top universities won't believe your teacher's predicted grades?

We're doing the full AS exams, for uni applications and to see how we're getting on.
You do know that universities have made concessions and acknowledge the linearity of the new subjects?
Also, our teachers are extremely specialist and have a high standing in the education system so I think our predicted grades will be taken in good faith anyways.

And we're taking internal exams so I don't see the problem...

for everyone doing biology and chemistry, have you done the new spec specimen papers (AQA) ? There bloody difficult ! Especially chemistry and I feel as though the questions in the chem paper were really different to past paper questions so at this point idk what to do because there isn't really any practice questions on certain areas like the whole cpac practical element.
