Can you tell me a little about the city? I still don't know where I'm going to so I would like to know about as many places as I can
It's a very grey city. It's literally the city of granite. It has everything you'd want in a city in terms of facilities but it isn't very exciting - just average. We do have a lovely beach though :-). In contrast to Edinburgh though, it's not very 'beautiful' but it's not horrible either.

The campus has a really nice feel because it's very old. The buildings on campus are very beautiful and it feels quite homely if you really like the university. We have a very modern library, google 'sir duncan rice'.

Lastly, I'd say maybe look into the research that academic staff conduct because although this is far away, it's handy for 4th year.

I study at University of Glasgow and live by myself for fairly cheap! I don't believe that EU students are eligible for student loan/grant etc from SAAS but your tuition fees would be covered at least! So you would probably want to consider getting a part time job, which would most students do anyway! I think Glasgow is a great place, very down to earth and depending on where you live, can be very cheap.
