where did you get this 18 year old lad from?

ask him if he used protection.
ask him for his birth certificate, alternatively check his facebook "about me" > birthdate for the truth.

    What a mess.

Speak to your family. Get help.

Cut off all contact with this 'lad'.

tell a responsible adult asap, you know nothing about this guy, he probably raped you and you need to get psychiatric support and STI testing

First of all, you need to STOP seeing him. It doesn't matter whether he's 18 or 26, you are legally a minor and he is breaking the law by having sex with you. Second, if your drink was spiked and you were unable to consent to sex then that is rape. That's a second law he's broken and he sounds like a nasty piece of work.

Next, make a doctor's appointment. You need to get checked for any STDs. A pregnancy test might not be accurate yet depending on how long ago the intercourse happened. I'm guessing you're not using contraception but I would recommend telling your parents or an adult you can trust. This man is taking advantage of you.
