Hey, so I'm an American and got accepted into postgrad programs at SOAS for Asian Politics and LSE for Conflict Studies.

I would prefer to do the Asian Politics as its more in line with my interests. But LSE is LSE. It's reputation here is on par with the best schools while SOAS only has one among the academics and some government folks. Also, I've read lots of negative stuff about SOAS on these forums.

So question. Anyone here do Asian Politics at SOAS? How was it? Job prospects? I'd be perfectly happy being an analyst for the government, so I'm not looking for anything too fancy here.

    General thoughts? Thanks folks.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
