I switched from the pill to the implant on the 1st march, I was mid way through my pill pack so continued until the end of the pack, from when I usually have my 7 day break I should have gotten my period on sat morning but it still has not arrived; could this just be the implant changing things up, or should I be concerned? I've been having dull cramps, and tender breasts, increased discharge, but no period! The last time me and my partner had sex only relying on the pill was late december, and I have had 3 periods since then, though they could have been a little lighter and I've read online about women still having periods while pregnant. I also take a pregnancy test each month and all three since december have been neg.
Is it likely this lateness is just the pill, or does anyone think theres a chance I could be preg?
Thanks, and sorry if this all sounds a little silly!

It's the changes in hormones you've been taking.

You should have been tested for pregnancy before having the implant, and I'd also have expected a discussion about what to do in terms of taking continuing to take the pill (probably saying 'no need'...)

Thanks for the reply, they didn't test me as I've been on a reliable method of bc, and have not missed any pills or periods My GP also advised me to finish my pack, just as to ensure protection while the implant got into my system.
