Depends what you mean by cheating.
Flip it round. Assuming your partner is balanced, then how would they react to your behabiour? would they be fine with it or would they find it hurtful or a betrayal?
Obviously some flirting is harmless and matural, but you can escalate that to a level which your partner might find crosses the line.

For me yes. It's something that should be reserved for your partner.

In my opinion, absolutely. I personally believe that if you are doing something that you wouldn't want your partner to know about then you most likely shouldn't be doing it. People may disagree, but that's just what I think.

So, back to your original question-yes! It's disrespectful towards your parter if you're out there throwing your attention/ lust around to other people when you've got a partner sitting there. Dunno dunno but I guess that doesn't apply to all relationships as everybody is different and every relationship has different boundaries.
