I have had a blue steak before at yo sushi which was pretty good but I probably wouldn't eat steak normally that way
Medium-rare - tender and juicy enough, yet... dead.
It's gotta be fully well-done for me; 100% brown inside. I know that's a very unpopular opinion and not how you're supposed to eat steak (and according to some 'scientific studies' increases my risk of developing heart disease), but I hate rare food. If there's even the slightest bit of redness inside, no thanks!
Blue. I could genuinely eat it cold and raw
For me, it would be medium, but I don't really eat steak much anyway. I don't think I've eaten steak more than once in my life
Medium Rare is the only way to eat steak!
