    Hi
grammar wise: http://www.francaisfacile.com/ and http://la-conjugaison.nouvelobs.com/exercice/ (bear in mind the 2nd is for the french in the french curriculum, but should be just as good)
vocabulary: anything on Quizlet is always good and if you type in your level into the search bar you will find all sorts on all type of topics.
I would recommend reading french news on the internet, especially for the latest news as you'll find english articles to read afterwards so that you can understand what you just read. Also french news clips on youtube are great.
You could also try watching films in french, that you know by heart in english e.g. Harry Potter, to learn expressions and specific vocab.
In terms of books, I am afraid I don't know of any, sorry, but your teacher should know of some at your level.
    I hope this helps
