    hello,
I'm studying a foundation degree present but the university I want to go to has accepted conditional as year 1 but, this means I have to pay my tuition fee and I don't know what to do is there any way around getting SLC to pay?

I'm a bit confused as to what you're asking. Do you mean you've been accepted onto year one of a degree course after doing a foundation degree? How long was the foundation degree? If it was one year full time or two years part-time you should be entitled to your tuition fee loan for the full degree course, but if it was two years full time then I don't know if there's any way round it. Ideally you'd be transferring credit and entering the second year of a degree (or doing a one year top-up). Have you asked the university for advice or called student finance?
