I just got my results back today for my maths mock and I got a C😢.
    I'm in year 11 and I need to get a B .
When I do questions at home I get them right however in my mock I got c. My private tutor thought I would get a B because I know the C grades and B grades and a couple of A*/ A!
    Why Is this happening ?
Help please i have my exams in 2 months and I need to get a B. By the way my mark was 73 and the paper we did was November 2015 and to get a B it was 98.

Look at your paper to see where you went wrong, and it sounds like you need to focus on exam technique. Make sure not to focus on questions you can't do, do all the questions you can do first. Make sure to read the question properly as well (bring a highlighted to the exam) and ask your teacher to tell you where you needed to improve

Sorry to hear that it happens, but its a mock the real paper is the one that counts, what you need to do is find out which topics you went wrong and improve on that, ask your tutor to help you on these topics and in the mean time keep doing past papers as much as you can hopefully you'll succeed
