Please keep anon. I have a several questions for guys:

    1. If you have drinks with a platonic female friend alone at a pub at night, would you escort her home for her safety? Or does this only apply to girlfriend/boyfriend relationship?

    2. What is the best way to invite a guy in to my hotel room after meeting up for dinner, if this wasnt exactly a 'date'?

    3. Does inviting a guy to my hotel room imply sex? (I am asking guys opinions here. Would you think she wants sex?)

    Thanks.

    1. If I were a good friend I would do this, but I'm not so I would only for my girl

    2. ''Would you like to come upstairs with me?''

    3. Whilst it's not consent and I'm not for a moment saying you are agreeing to have sex by inviting him, it does send that message.

I do realise it's not consent. I was just asking what guys would 'think'.

    Thank you for your reply.

    1. Depends on how close you are and how drunk she is, you could at least make sure she gets a cab if she seems too drunk to get back by herself.

    2. Whisper in his ear your room number, or write it down, be very clear it's an open invitation, so don't laugh when you say it do it seriously.

    3. Absolutely, unless you state otherwise, if you want to be clearer touch him and be 'serious flirty' as in, I'm not having a laugh here mate come get me.

    1) I would escort any female friend home

    2) Ask them in for a drink

    3) I would generally assume this meant sex yes.

"Come up to my hotel room."

It definitely does give the suggestion you're inviting him up for sex. You can always back out at any point, though. You could both be naked and you could say, "You know? I'm not feelin' it. Please leave." and he would have to leave. Implication or not, it's easy to fix - "Oh, I didn't mean sex. I just wanted to get back safely."

Just walking someone home doesn't imply sex at all, though.

Lol the chances of me talking to you again would be zero, what a cocktease that would be

My male friends have always walked me home in the past if it is the evening/night time.

If I invited someone up to my hotel room though I wouldn't blame them for thinking I was up for sex

    1) Platonic? That word is literally unnecesary in that question. I would escort any female I know decently well home for her safety, if she needed it. But always if my girl.

    2) Just ask him. Guys, if they have the slightest interest in you, will say yes. Girls are 100x more difficult than men, with men you just ask and it's usually a yes xD

    3) I wouldn't expect sex, but it would definitely cross my mind that that's what she's implying and therefore would be slightly surprised if it didn't. It usually does mean so.

This, except 3 would be balanced against you just being friends. So its a possibility, but with soem friends it wouldnt really enter my mind.

Well, if you had gotten her naked and she wasn't feeling it, chances are she wouldn't -want- to talk to you again so you'd both get what you want.

    1. No I sometimes walk my female friends home, just because I'm bored and want a chat instead of a boring walk home alone.
    2. Verbally?
    3. If it's not a date then no and even then no, I've been in bed with female friends in a non-sexual manner plenty of times

Is the relationship really platonic when you're planning your sexual approach?

I normally take the girl to my hotel room. Sometimes a little force/persuasion is needed but it all turns out good in the end.
I'm thinking of taking the lead this time. How likely is it for a guy to turn down an invitation to my room (sex)?

If you're hot and he's straight zero. If you're average/ugly and he's straight about 1%.

    1) It depends on the circs. Where she lived, the time of day etc. If i thought it might help, i would offer but certainly wouldnt insist. I dont think it implies any kind of relationship.

    2) It depends on your intentions, what if anything you would like to happen and whether the guy was likely to be receptive to any overtures you may make.
For example, i once got chatting to a woman on line. We swapped emails and seemed to have a lot in common. We decided to meet for a chat and say hi/have a drink. The bar was in a nice hotel. We got on well and after an hour or so, i upped to leave. She caught my hand and said,." ive booked a room if you;d like to use it.."

    3) No it doesnt imply sex nor should you expect a guy to have sex with you just because you ask him to your room. You should be more certain that he would be receptive before asking as he may already have a GF or even a married partner,he may also see you as just a friend

A sane guy would never reject such a proposal. Great idea
I wish some of my female friends would take the lead with me. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to track people down and find the opportune moments? It seriously tires me out.
