So im curious, what do you guys prefer doing separate modules of a topic which all combine together to make up a GCSE or a few tests at the very end to test you on everything in that subject, personally i prefer a large test at the end .

For myself it depends i find a few larger exams at the end of the course easier to plan in advance and revise for, however i do still like having coursework because if you've scored well on it it gives me extra confidence going into the exam and takes the pressure off because i already have some marks in the bag.

Hmm, it truly depends. Controlled assessmentd in MFLs seriously reduce pressure, whereas the amount of coursework I've done for Performing Arts alone has made me appreciate (albeit not love as lying awake at two in the morning whilst worrying about whether you put enough info on a flashcard is NOT fun) exams more.
