All the royalty would be rich I would think, so:

Prince Eric (The Little Mermaid)
King Triton & family (The Little Mermaid)
Prince Charming (Cinderella)
Princess Jasmine & family (Aladdin)
Evil Stepmother (Snow White)
Prince (Snow White)
Beast (Beauty & The Beast)
Aurora's parents (Sleeping Beauty)
Prince Philip & family (Sleeping Beauty)
Prince John & Richard the Lionheart (Robin Hood)

you get the idea....all royalty who live in fancy castles and stuff

then there's non-royalty that are still rich:

Scrooge McDuck
Stepmother & stepsisters (Cinderella)
Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmatians)
etc.

Then the ones that are obsessed with money....they don't necessarily have to be rich though:

Abu (monkey from Aladdin)
Scrooge McDuck
Prince John
Cruella de Vil
Robin Hood (obsessed with money but not for himself - he's obsessed with getting it in order to give it away)
Pretty much most of the Pirates from all the Pirates of the Caribbean films (yes they're Disney films)

I can't think of any more off the top of my head but I'm sure there's loads
