For the past few months I have been trying really hard to determine what I want to do in the future and finally after a lot of research and thought I came to the conclusion of medicine. But my predicted AS levels are all Cs even though during my mocks for two subjects I have constantly been getting Bs which I know is still low but what am I supposed to do??? Now I am really motivated to do medicine which seems like a problem now. I only came to realise this issue when I was looking for work experience at local hospitals and was asked for my predicted grades. I do not have a clue on what to do. I believe I can do better, personally even if I didn't choose Medicine I would still be aiming for grade As. The problem is I have no one to turn to for advice either, I just recently became interested. First of all my predicted grades are too low and second of all nearly everyone I see wants to do medicine so they are competing with me and not willing to help. I also do not know how to tell teachers about this because these past few months they have been persuading a lot of students to think carefully about their desired future career paths and not just choose medicine since most of the students I have come across tell me they are only doing it because their parents 'want them to'. I don't even know the problem...

First of all stop worrying about what other people are doing, what your teachers are thinking and focus on your own school work& interests.
So what if others you know are applying for medicine, that doesn't mean you're not good enough to apply.
As for your AS predicted grades don't even stress about those they don't mean anything, I'm pretty sure you don't even need them for work experience. Forget your teachers predictions and focus on smashing your exams.
