    Hi there!
So, I've just submitted my application to SFE online just to find out that EU students have to apply by post. I looked on SFE's website and it seems like the new application forms for students starting in 2016/2017 aren't out yet.
Unfortunately, after the 24th, which is tomorrow, all applications for living cost support from EU nationals will be assessed for eligibilty based on at least 5 years residency in the UK, while it's been 3 years up to now.
How am I supposed to send the application before the deadline if the forms aren't available?

If you're applying for living cost loans then you've done the right thing.

The paper forms for EU students are only for students applying for tuition fee loans ONLY.

So if I wanted to apply for both would I need to check also the tuition fee loan option or would the two be assessed separately?

Both routes apply for tuition fee loans. The route you have used also applies for maintenance loans.
