Basically, I got my student 123 account with Santander before starting uni in summer 2014. And the overdraft they offer is £1500. However I'm currently coming into a tight spot financially with rent/bills and a deposit on a new house. And according to my online banking account, my overdraft is not showing I'm entitled to the full 1500, but instead only around 1100 or so.

Anyone had any similar experiences with this?

It's /upto/ £1500. Your credit rating probably isn't high enough to receive the full amount.

If you haven't applied for an increase since 2014 you should be able to request an increase.
