Hi, I live in Jersey and I currently live with my single parent father and my 17 year old sister. My sister is an aggressive lazy person who has lived on the island for over a year now and hasn't had any income in the way of a job. She refuses to pay rent and constantly uses my father for money etc. Can someone help me out and tell me what age you are legally aloud to kick your children out here in Jersey, Channel Islands? He has come to the end of his tether now and cant deal with her and wants her out but doesn't know if he can legally do it?

They are right 16, unless theres a residence order, which specifies 18.
