    The amount of hours is usually entirely dependent on the person. Perhaps try and see how much you can cope with on the Monday and go from there remember to take breaks here and there. The way you revise is much more important than the length, you could spend hours revising in a way that doesn't work for you so it could end up being a waste of time.

    Maybe start with your weak areas, make some notes, try mind maps, possibly make some flash cards. Just have a go at seeing what you are most comfortable with
