Flatmates accuse me of everything as I am quiet and timid.

Moved here 4 months ago and have snooty flatmates, mostly hipster stereotypes, one goes on about being vegan and meat eaters are evil and destroying the world(but then goes to a lot of parties and gets drunk and owns everything Apple and splashes the cash) He is in room next to me, wasn't that bad at first till his girlfriend started being friendly with me (maybe to make him jealous as shes suddenly just as bad as him now) in a almost flirty way, he accuses me of smoking in my room or even smoking cannbis (I do neither) and like a child has reported me to landlord claiming I never do cleaning in house be it hoovering, washing plates etc which is the opppsite of the truth in fact I find the kitchen full of dirty plates and pans and clean them! He has been in my room a few times to snoop around and has been through my post and reported to the landlord I am living like a slob and going to attract rats here to which the LL phoned me to say clean it within a week or she will deduct £50 from my deposit and saying he acts for her and he(or she) can come into my room at any time.
And silly things like saying the internet is slow therefore I must be downloading all the time, this is despite other tenants outright stating they online game every day, download torrents of movies and games, use skype etc no matter what happens I am blamed, even when post didn't arrive for a few days the hipster flatmate knocked on my door and demanded to be let in as he felt I stole all the post.
I don't smoke but had a friend round who did one day, in fact the second my friend arrived he walked out the door and said I wasn't allowed guests and he would report me to the landlord, this is despite him having friends round to past midnight if not 2 or 3am every night drinking(and smoking which is part of next point) he noticed a cigarette packet in my friends hand and shouted at him saying how smoking was evil, how my friend is not only not allowed to smoke in the flat but go to the far fence in the garden(its a massive garden as its a block of tenements) and he ranted about disgusting people who smoke, then got a phone call from landlady saying he had reported me for smoking in house(not that they have legal power to stop me even if I did smoke)
It all hit the fan almost a month ago when I wrote a letter to landlady stating my rights (as advised to me by shelter) like shes not allowed to enter my room without permission, I am being harassed but the most important thing of all was that I was told by council when I handed in council tax exemption shes not a registered landlord (which is a offense for which she can/will be charged thousands) and as far as they are cocerned its a 1 bedroom flat and she lives there and I was worried about legal fallback from it.
Then I have all the tenants knock on my door shouting at me and claiming I had the landlady in tears THREATENING HER and what a sweet lady she was and what scum I was bullying a woman (so they ignore the fact they bullied me then and in past, they know I am autistic, landlady has made threats to me before to chuck me out if I don't do what she says etc) and if I did it again I better watch my back.
I feel insulted in some ways more because a agressive (and very obese) female can put on the waterworks and be seen as vulnerable but a underweight autistc nervous guy is seen as agressive!
So this is a rant but what would you do?

Rehearse that, or a similar style speech and attack them one day, preferably whilst they are in the middle of smoking and whatever else he does. Also, would photographic/video evidence help...???

I forgot another, one day he claimed he smelled cannabis in my room therefore that was proof enough to enter my room and accuse me then admit to the crime or he would there and then report me to the police as hes not getting in trouble due to me (I think there was cannabis but from flatmates on other side of flat as I smelled it sometimes and they admitted to me they do so sometimes)

Is there a tutor or someone you could speak to cos you definitely cant stay there😞
Ok looking at your situation i was making notes till iit all changed when you told me about reporting her to the council lol.
Its going to get ugly and you might need more than shelter can provide unless they have a drop in centre. Great if they take on your case otherwise you are looking for:
1. A law centre which specialises in housing.
2. Maybe a student advice centre (ask the law dept at your uni if the students run one) and they cna deal with housing.
3. Your student union mayb have a housing/welfare rights person.
4. Your local CAB
The obvious course of action is to leave and find somehwere else, but you have your deposit (which probably should be in a guarantee shceme) and you dont know what the LLs acyion is going to be. if you cna get someone to help then maybe they cna negotiate for you.
I expect she is breaching the tenancy, but you need someone to look at that.
The accusastions against you about cleaning smoking, internet ect you need evidence so you cna rebut it. Photos and a diary log are handy.
You cna say the other student is ating as her agent thus when hes invading your room its as though the LL is.
the police are highly unlikley to be interested in cannabis.
If you can put a lock on your door i would.
