I'm not sure about deeply insulting, but there is a teacher who really digs at me in every opportunity she can find. She does it in a way that means she won't get in trouble for it, but she is quite rude and disrespectful and it irks me. I think because I stick up for myself and I'm quite expressive, she keeps going for me.

Best thing to do for me is to smile at her, then subconsciouly roll my eyes and think how childish she is. Its not worth making it worse for yourself, so ignore the teacher as best as you can. If things get out of your hands, then speak to someone higher.
So unprofessional. Honestly I could never be a teacher, my teachers have put me off the profession completely. It's just disgusting.

Yeah today I egged and punctured my teachers tires of his second hand crappy Ford car.

He had no idea it was me, I just got tired of him constantly scrutinizing and segregating me, he was violating me.

So slyly I done him dirty.:smug:

I am not backing down from anyone, even my teachers.

    I'm sorry

I'm quiet too, I like to just keep to myself but I find that people feel like it's okay to speak to you disrespectfully because they don't expect you to say anything back, even teachers do this. They don't expect a response back. Like HER! Sorry, I'm still so angry!

I was planning this since yesterday.

Because it's bit extreme XD But I completely understand the anger!

Like it almost makes you feel like your not respecting their authority, yet they aren't respecting you for being a human!

(I wonder when this anger is going to die down...) I'm sweating atm

I just did, and my parents brought me up to be extremely respectful, especially to elders. I find that some people didn't get taught that growing up, and I find that it is in fact huge levels of disrespect exists in adults, namely TEACHERS that need to learn some respect. Practice what you preach.

I spoke to a teacher (who I've never spoken to before) who made ridiculously insulting remarks about areas in my life she knew nothing about, she called me "rude" for sticking up for myself, and in fact she was the most childish brat I've ever come into contact with.

Share your experiences with rude and disgusting people. Make me feel better, please!
My English teacher a few days ago, actually. Also because of the same reason as you, I can't be disrespectful to adults, especially teachers and elderly people.

Anyway, this dumb **** set a deadline for my coursework last week Friday. About 2 weeks prior to the deadline, she was all like "send me as many drafts as you can, I'll give you feedback" and I was like okay, fantastic, but more surprised because she's never really consistent with her feedback anyway, so the fact that she offered to mark as many as I wanted her to made me feel a lot better. (I also, habitually, write "I look forward to hearing from you" towards the end emails - you'll see why this is key later)

So throughout the two weeks, I sent her about 4 emails. The next lesson I had with her before the deadline, she didn't even come. Next thing I knew, it's Friday and she still hasn't given me back any feedback. So I emailed her asking her where she is and if I can come and see her, once again, no response. Monday arrives, and I email her again, asking her where she is. I then saw her in the hallway, and she looked at me with the dirtiest look I have ever seen in my entire life. She then was like - in a disgusting tone of voice - "What is it you want from me? Why do you keep sending me emails saying you look forward to hearing from me?".

I swear to God, I was so close to slapping this lady on the face. I told her she didn't reply to my numerous emails and I was expecting a reply. She then looked straight at my face and was like "I didn't get any emails from you".

Wtf. Wtaf. She just before asked me why I was sending her emails and then she had the audacity to act as though she doesn't know what I'm talking about. I then swallowed my rage, and said as nicely as I possibly could that all the emails are in my sent folder. She then started tell me **** I don't remember and I was like naa mate I'm not having this. I just walked away before I did something bad.

Anyway, I had a private tutor give me feedback and constructive criticism before hand as well as the help of my other teacher, so I wasn't too worried.

I have a similar story, mine was also to do with coursework and my teacher wasn't in for a week, I needed her advice...etc etc it's bit long to explain, and then another teacher rudely called me and spoke to me is such a disgusting matter. She was shouting at me through the phone, like are you okay?

Oh my god , I HATE teachers like this! I hate hate hate hate hate hate it!!!! It puts you behind in your work because you have to deal with all these another unnecessary issues.
