This table shows stock levels for three products sold by a hardware store

    Saw Pliers Hammer
Stock at Start of week: 18 17 14
    Minimum Stock Level: 10 8 12

If the stock of a product is less than the minimum stock level at the end of a day then it is reordered. 10 of each product reordered are then delivered the next morning

This table shows sales of these products each day for the week

    Saw Pliers Hammer
    Monday 1 2 2
    Tuesday 4 0 5
    Wednesday 2 1 1
    Thursday 2 1 2
    Friday 1 3 3
    Saturday 5 1 6

    (a) Which of these products did not have to be reordered in this week? (1 mark)

    (b) On which day or days were the other two products reordered? (4 marks)
    .....................reordered on.............................. ....
    .....................reordered on.............................. ....

The second products would not have to be reordered.

The first products were reordered on Thursday.

The third products were reordered on Thursday too.
