I know a guy that knows a guy who made himself out to look like he had disabilities so that he could get some more minutes in his exam. He made his handwriting purposefully poor in his extra time assessment and now has extra time. So, without snitching, how do we make him see justice? Or even just leave him as cheats never prosper.

Tbh I dont interfere especially where it doesnt affect me. If you are going to snitch, then make sure you have enough to back it up.

I'm not going to snitch, no point in that. I just want to know as to whether he can or can not get caught by he examiners ?

Schools have to provide substantial evidence (including educational testing etc) to an exam board to get someone extra time for GCSE and A levels.

And, exam boards do spot checks.

It isnt as easy as pretending to have poor handwriting - that would get you a laptop to write on at best, not extra time.

If he is deceiving them then maybe, but he will have had to provide evidence in the first instance.
