# m2 nightmare watch

1. Anyone know how M2 is marked?

I found the paper really easy but then came out realising i made the worse mistake...

I put down s=ut +1/2at^2 for the last question then accidently using s=u +1/2at^2 to work out time! The method I used subsequently is correct but obviously will come out wrong due to the initial answer?

Am I likely to lose say 10 out of the 12 marks for the rest of the question? This is especially annoying with the boundaries likely to be high...
2. You'll lose a mark.

When you put down s=ut +1/2at^2 initially, you showed that you knew the formula, which is the main thing.
When you used s=u +1/2at^2 afterwards, then I would say that that just counts as an arithmetical error - 1 or 2 marks at the most, but nothing like 10 out of 12.
I don't think you'll lose that much.
4. you'll loose as many accuracy marks as there are in the question... i didnt really look at the official scemes from m2 much so i cant be sure... but normally its 1/3-1/2 the marks on accuracy (rest on methood and final answer..)

thats the kinda of mistake i make aswell... or i take sinA = 3/5 instead of 4/5 >.< stoopid triangles
