Calm down. Not taking triple science will have almost zero effect on anything. Sometimes universities prefer triple, but it's not going to have any sort of major effect whatsoever.
If you do the work in year 11, you'll be fine. Start working now and you have a massive advantage over the majority of people who only start revising at this time in year 11.
Right now, as a current year 11 student, my advice is to get as much coursework done as possible, I didn't and it's starting to take away from my revision time.
If you do art or graphics the grade is mostly from you sketchbooks, so you can just do a bunch of work on them in year 10 and you'll thank yourself later.
Other than that, just pay attention in lessons, ask your teachers questions, do occasional revision (especially for languages), and make sure you understand everything you're learning. If you don't, go back and work on it until you do understand.
The more work you do now the less you have to do next year. Good luck.
