Every single night i wake up in the middle of the night needing a pea and then cant get back to sleep after it. Its ruining my sleep structure and its very annoying. Its like my brains telling me i need to pea in the middle of every single night. I drink as much as a normal person does so im not drinking loads etc

Are you drinking a lot before bed time? You could force yourself to go before you go to bed to see if that helps?

This is a symptom of diabetes, but can also be caused by lots of other things too.

You should go speak to your doctor so you can have a blood test to rule out diabetes

Are you suffering from anxiety/depression? This kind of sleep pattern is a symptom. Unfortunately, the more it happens, the more its likely to happen as it becomes a learned behaviour.
