I got my entitlement summary and it says my loan is £3821, but my household income isn't that high (about 52k) so shouldn't I be getting about £4.6k-£4.8k? Also living outside home & outside London*

Has your household income assessment gone through yet?

If not call SFE and get them to check your application.

I sent the household income form by post a few weeks ago, so I guess so...unless that would take them a while to change my loan?

My maintenance loan has finally changed, except it has updated to £8,200! Does this mean they've already received my household income form (I sent it with First Class as well) and they're still in the process of changing the loan or have they just decided to give me the maximum loan?

If it is the maximum loan, I can change it to this maintenance loan I based off with Student Finance calculator right? (I put in the correct household income when doing this so it should be right)
