The periodic table sounds impressive, a chemistry teacher i had in high school had a bet that none could ever recite the whole thing, i wonder if you could:P

No, I could not. I could do the first 30 or so and then knew certain groups and a couple periods the d block.

But reciting is much more difficult. Not good at such things.

Now I only know the first 20 and random elements.

    License Plates ...
Me too. But I'm colourblind; so I have no choice but to learn certain peoples number plates. Unless you're like my sister and have one bloody ugly car.

Dates. But not birthdays. The most embarrassing thing is that I can never remember mum's - it's the day after dad's.

This question is by it's own definition null, if what you're remembering is truly random you won't be able to find a pattern. If there is a pattern it's not random.

A good method for getting more is by thinking of people who would have an element named after them and adding an "-ium" to their name (or a place, like UCB has 3 elements named after it).

I know the periodic table off by heart, the names of the countries (that animaniacs song), the dialogue in some scenes in movies, scenes in wrestling matches, song lyrics to like a million songs

I can remember little things that happened some time ago, pick up on tiny details, which is why i was kinda good at homeland.lsw 's game :teehee:

I also remember unnecessary shiet, like a ****ing international day party from year 1 where my mum made something, and I had some goooooooooooood pizza  like who remembers that shiet?

and stupid like the 6789998212 (soulja boy's number in that kiss me thru the phone song i havent heard in 10 years)
