Well it is Sunday why don't you just take a nap? Simple.
I'm the opposite, haven't had a decent night's sleep for over a week. Maybe we should swap halls, then everytime you feel sleepy some moron will come down the corridor yelling his head off.

On a serious note, if you're drowsy get one good night of sleep then you won't have this prob.

When you need to revise, napping isn't on the cards!

Unless it's the night before your exam and you've done nothing, then surely it would be better to have a rest and do some really good revision that stays in your head rather than ploughing on but not taking any of it in because you're so tired?

If the OP is tired after a good night's sleep then they might need to see a doc... Anyway, napping is not the same as taking in a good night's sleep before an exam

True, I should be doing my coursework but I have been working to hard so I am having a break. To the OP surely you could just go to sleep ealier today than you normal time of sleep.

sit in a chair rather than on the sofa or on your bed; that always makes me feel sleepy when i revise on my bed! Have a cold drink with you and play some lively music that you like to sing along to. Shower first thing in the morning too, it will wake you up properly, or go for a 10 min jog or something to get your blood pumping and body working.
Go for a walk for the fresh air, it helps alot.
