Hi for our organic coursework we have to draw out the mechanisms for an elimination reaction using both E1 and E2. I think I understand the principle, however I'm a bit confused about the stereochemistry (regarding Zaitev's rule). The base we've been told to use is sodium iso-propoxide - is this a bulky base? I know how it effects the mechanism if it is considered bulky or if its a suitable size for Zaitev's rule to apply, however I don't know which one it is, which leaves me a bit stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated
