I feel wrong watch

    Although my time may be slightly vague/ambiguous, I could think of no other way to phrase it. I'll just go through these intense periods of feeling as though I don't belong, as though I'm dissociated from reality and I have no idea why.

    I'm not entirely sure why I'm posting this here but I guess I just want to know if anyone else has this and if so, how they deal with it.

    Hi! I'm sure there's many people on here who have experienced that. I don't have exactly this but I do relate to what you're describing. When I feel really down I kind of feel a bit disconnected with everyone and everything.

    Have you ever considered talking therapies? It really can be so beneficial!
