    Hi,

I am a EU national, living in the UK for 5 years. Two years ago I moved from Northern Ireland to England where I am doing an undergrad degree at the moment.

From next year I am planning to start a master in England.

Will I be eligible to get the post graduate student loan?

Pretty sure you will be entitled to the loan, yes. As far as I can tell, if you're an EU student living outside the UK then you can get the loan, but if you're an EU student living in the UK you need to be domiciled in England (which you are?).

Thanks Snuffkin, I am an EU national and resident in UK for 5 years. I am doing an undergraduate course as a home student. My problem that I am living in England only for two years and the available information is contradictory whether the loan applicant should be UK or English resident for 3 years.

Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
