Hi all. I'm currently in sixth form at present but due to unfortunate circumstances regarding my health I've had to be pulled out for the time being. Now I'm only being entered for my film exam, one of the three exams I was put down to do in A2 this year. My teachers say that I'm more than capable of getting a B-A* in this exam but my original offer for uni was 280 UCAS points from 2 a levels. I've got 140 from my AS so could the uni still accept me? Also the course I want to do relating to film requires good experience in the industry and I've been getting professional experience in loads of film academies, festivals and offers for summer mentoring by BAFTA too. With that experience combined with the possible A grade this year and 140 points from AS, could I still get in? I appreciate any advice you might have, thank you

You could, but as to whether or not that is at all likely or not I'm afraid I cannot say. Nor can anyone else here.
The best course of action available to you here is to contact them and ask - at least that way you can manage your expectations.
