glass manufacture (blow molding) help please! watch

    • Thread Starter

How would you manufacture a hollow glass ball (which will be a perfume bottle(its a design project)) that would be appropriate to use in batch production or larger (so preferable methods with are ?

I don't know if blow molding would work because it is't a traditional bottle shape, however it would have a leaf shape cut into the glass ball where the pressure of air could be forced through during the blow and blow manufacturing process. I also plan to say 2mm diameter whole will be drilled into the glass would this work, or is it too brittle? could it be done if the glass was still semi-molten?
what I'm trying to ask is how would you manufacture a glass bottle which is spherical shape and has 2 wholes in it.One whole is a leaf shape the other is of 2mm diameter. The sphere is thicker at the bottom than the top, I had planned to achieve this through uneven thermal distribution
p.s. I am not actually making it just designing it
