I'm a lesbian but closeted. I got on well with this guy at work so asked him if he wanted to come a gay bar.

He replied in such. A way a way as to reject me. But he has misinterpreted me. He saw it as a date and obviously
    Want into me
So gave quite a rude reply. What the hell do I do now!!!

I don't even like him as a friend now

I think you should just be honest and tell the guy the truth and about how you feel. Try and keep them as a friend though

I don't think you should have been rude to him, just apologise and say that you honestly weren't asking him out

It seems to have gone too far. And I feel his reply was very rude. I'm
    Not sure how to react

Just treat him as a colleague then and don't be friends with him? Not a difficult dilemma to solve...
