Going to fail my exams cause I can't wake up early watch

    I woke up so depressed. Its now almost 11:30 and I woke up about 10 minutes ago. I always set about 10 alarms and have read so much stuff on the net on trying to wake up earlier.. I set them from about 7am 15 mins apart to 10am.

    Ideally I would like to wake up 7/8 am but that never happens especially during the holidays when school is out. Can someone please help? How do I do this?Going to bed earlier doesn't help me I can sleep for 11/12 hours... I have tried taking sleeping tablets before which didn't work. `i just don't have the motivation and again, Im losing it more...

    I have the same problem, the trick is to have something that forces you to wake up. I personally have a cat that climbs through my window and meows at me until I get up and feed him

    I suggest a particularly loud alarm clock just outside your door that forces you to get up and turn it off

    remove the curtains from your room so the sunlight wakes you.

    You're going about it the wrong way.

    Don't get up earlier; stay up later.

    Do your work at night if you struggle to get up in the morning. It's 11:40 and I haven't slept yet, and I get plenty done.

    Go to bed earlier
    Keep your curtains open
    Have an analogue alarm clock with the bell like things
