    Hey,
Me and my bf have been together for over 2 years. In September he's moving to a uni which is approx 5 hours away.
I'll be starting my second year of sixth form at that time so I'll be here obviously.
I also plan to go to a local university.

Anyway, I'm obviously worried about how things are going to work. We're both determined to make it work and kinda refuse to talk about it as we just wanna deal with it when the time comes...
I'm so worried. I mean, I don't even know how university works in terms of time management so I can't estimate how often we'll have a chance to see each other.

What are your opinions? Have you got any experiences like this? I would really appreciate your opinion and how you would deal with it.
    Thank you

I think if it's meant to work it will work. One thing to consider is 5 hours travel will be time consuming and costly so would expect you couldn't see each other every weekend.

A lot of relationships do break up during Uni especially early on, but that's usually because someone wants to play the field or lack of effort. If you both really want it and are wiling to put the effort in then it can work.
