So this course has recently been an option for me after corresponding with a university that i'd applied to for Dentistry. I'm only under consideration for it atm, but i'm finding it quite hard to find specific jobs and career paths after this course. The course sounds fascinsting but i'm worried about what I'll do afterwards. Anyone know any jobs out there/what courses I could go on to study postgrad etc? I know going on to study medicine/dentistry is an option but it's an awful long time before i'd graduate then. Thanks!

The uni webpages should have info about grad destinations. Otherwise contact them and ask.

I'm currently studying at UOB, its a really good course. Many of the people who get rejected from dentistry or medicine are offered to do this course.
If you get bored of studying one just subject then this is the course for you. It has engineering, dental materials, biomedical modules etc.
People go on to do all sorts dentistry/medicine/research/phd/pharmaceutical industry/
optometry industry/teaching. You can also email the admissions tutor Dr Hoffman to ask specific questions.

Hi im currently graduating from this course and literally you can do anything. I chose it as i was unsure what i wanted to do in the future and now i could go into medical communications, medical device sales or specialist, patent attorny, regulatory affairs, be a scientist in the lab, teaching...the list os endless plus you could also be an engineer. And 3 years flies by trust me, so you may still feel like dentistry after.
