Due to personal circumstances I have been visiting the doctors and it may effect me going to uni, if so would I be allowed the 200 pound deposit back as I may need it in my recovery period?

    Hi abinit,

I think the best people to contact in this circumstance would be admissions and accommodation (and I would contact them in this order).

You can ring admissions up at +44 (0) 115 848 4200 and just explain your situation and they would advise you on your next steps.

If you would like to cancel your accommodation, please contact accommodation at +44 (0) 115 848 2894 and they will be able to help you through that process.

Sorry I couldn't be much help, let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Ellen
