So my ex and I had a great catch up about a month ago - she had recently broken up with her newest boyfriend and had reached out to me. She told me that she was totally done with him, that he had 'totally fked with her" and that it was over. She suggested a fairly tentative plan to meet up in the near future, apparently uncertain as to whether I would agree. I responded by saying it would be nice to see her and told her to contact me when she was around.

Since then, I have barely heard from her, save for her to make contact twice, albeit in very limited terms. The first time, she made a disparaging comparison between me and a tv character but was uninterested in talking further. The second time (now back in my area) she simply commented on the fact that I was up late, but again refused to speak further, even making another disparaging remark. I didn't reply.

I assume that she is getting back with the previous bf, or at least considering doing so, and feel pretty used tbf - as though I was simply a plan B whilst she was uncertain of him and his intentions. I enjoy hearing from her, and want her back, so don't want to overreact, but I also don't want to seem used or at her beck and call. How can I achieve this?

She was on the rebound, thought she might have someone to listen to her, then changes her mind.

Used? Not really. Get on with your life. You arent on the menu at the moment.
