Ugh, need some advice. Was on Slimming World (low fat, high carb), which did not work for me - too many free foods and I'm not disciplined enough, also found that the 'fat free' way makes you hungrier due to sweeteners.
So went onto Atkins (low carb, high fat), lost around 7lbs in a week... then the weight stayed the same for 2 months!! Decided not to weigh myself, stayed the same!
So being fed up, tried Paleo (low carb, high fat)! Felt a change in my body - back to basics with ancestor type foods, nuts, meat, no diary. However, after 4 weeks still no change
So basically, after trying 3 different diets since November, I'm a little fed up after only loosing 7lbs. Downloaded my fitness pal today, starting a 1,200 calorie diet, as before calories were not counted.
Anyone have any tips? I find it hard to get motivation to exercise. Advice would be helpful.

300 cals less than your TDEE. Plenty of cardio and weight training.
