Was sat in a lecture today with a girl I like.
I was just day dreaming and looking at another girl. Well in the same direction.

She would not of known that I was looking at another girl, but she asked "what are you looking at?"

Is this a sign of jealously, I've asked the same question to another girl I liked, because I thought she was looking at another guy.

She saw you staring blankly and daydreaming, she was probably just interested as to what drew your attention.

If it was obvious that you were staring towards this other girl, then yes, there's a chance she could have felt a little jealous.

It was a little obvious I was staring at the other girl, as my neck was turned quite a lot.

Well I mean you're sat with one girl, staring at another. Chance is that she might feel like you find her boring or disinteresting if other girls are pulling your attention away even though they're on the other side of the room.
