If you already have notes make flashcards as it's very factual
If you don't have any notes, make notes
But it depends on what learner you are...if you're auditory read your notes/listen to podcasts?

Do you have a revision guide or textbook? You should recap all the theory stuff you've learnt, and then start past papers.

Heres what you do. You read the text book and memorise all the definitions. Then you pray that one day there will be a good computer science/computing teacher in this world. Thats how dad did it. Thats how 'Murica did it. Peace

Oh yes I did... Full of absolutely pointless information but I'm using it to teach current Year 11's. Use the specification people... Trust me... most of the information in that book is excessive.. you haven't got time to go through it all...

I bought a revision book which helped massively.
It was for OCR so dont know if that will help you.
Also try to memorize some of the definitions about certain parts of the PC.
Just try to memorize as much as possible. Use flash cards, talk to your teacher.
Its really not an easy subject to revise for.

Yeah, went through the spec and saw that 70% of it was pointless so I'm currently in the process of re-doing my notes
Congrats on the A* with such bad resources

I think they might be talking about ComputerScienceTutor?
I personally don't really like his videos because in some he just seemed quite unsure that what he was saying was correct lol

You're not the only one who flopped your computing CA, believe me.
OCR made the tasks quite hard to accomplish for people at gcse level... My predicted grade was an A*, in my mocks I achieved this, but my coursework is seriously gonna pull my overall grade down. We're in the same boat, don't worry about it
