Hello, everyone! I moved in Wales, 2 years ago, from another country and I started college last year. I didn't do any GCSEs, I enrolled with the grades from my old school. Right now I am in the second year of college and taking a GCSE English course (apart from my other three courses). I was wondering if, when applying to a university, is this course enough, or do I have to take a IELTS exam (or any exam of that kind)?

It's what us people in England do, otherwise if it wasn't accepted then we'd be f**ked. Are you planning on doing an English degree at university? GCSE English is fine as it incorporates English Literature and Language together.

No, I am planning on doing something on either teaching or finance. But I believe I might need some sort of English course/exam, since I am not from here.
