miss lifting for 3 days - weaker watch

    I've noticed that if I miss lifting for ~3 or more days I come back to it weaker and was wondering the reasons behind this.


    It doesn't seem like enough time to really lose muscle so is it due to losing CNS adaptation instead?

    Have you been eating enough since the last time you trained?

    Could be just one of those days where everything feels heavy. In addition to the above post, have you also been sleeping enough?

    you shouldn't really lose any strength/significant muscle in 3 days unless you're eating in a major caloric deficit.
