I submitted my final project a weeek or so ago.
I was reading it over and apart from my stupid grammatical errors/typos I realised I have forgotten to add quotation marks to things that I directly copied. I've referenced them with intext citations and page numbers but no quotation marks! Most of them are definitions or explanations e.g r&d increases economic growth by increasing productivity (smith 1996, p.67) with that explanation being copied directly.

have I messed up! ? I tried to sub,it my work to write heck but because it's in the turnitin system already it's showing up as 100 percent plagiarised. I don't know what to do because I'm panicking. I've referenced every source that I have used and my bibliography is there.

    Do not panic!

Let's go into the question together. Did the teacher give you Citation and Formatting Guides? If she didn't, you may find the information in your Uni library. Also, Harvard Business School put out the comprehensive Citation Guide with detailed information and examples. Edit your final project according to the rules and then check for plagiarism again. Instead of Turnitin you can use Unplag. This plagiarism checker software automatically highlights wrong formatted citations and references. It's better to try two different instruments as the results of checking may also be at variance.
